Our Recruitment Success Service helps undergraduate students on the Aspiring Professionals Programme apply for internships and graduate roles.

This one-off volunteering opportunity helps our aspiring professionals get where they deserve to be. Examples of how volunteers support students:

✔️ Check a student’s CV
✔️ Deliver a telephone mock interview
✔️ Provide support ahead of an assessment centre/application
✔️ Phone a student to give career advice

Once you sign up, we'll add you to a list that we contact, once the service opens, with relevant opportunities to help students.

The service will run from August 2024 to March 2025. Students need the most support between September 2024 to December 2024 for CVs and application guidance; and from November 2024 to February 2025 for interview and assessment practice.

Once open, we try to match you with opportunities on a rolling basis. This varies based on demand so don't worry if you don't hear from us straight away.
