Heider Ridha is an Operating Partner at TDR Capital, a private equity firm. Before TDR Heider worked at Bain & Company and at the World Bank. During his time at Bain Heider also managed Bain Cares, Bain’s social impact chapter in London, where he co-founded the Business Incubator. Heider is passionate about impact investment and sits on the British Venture Capital’s Impact Investment Advisory Board and the trustee board of Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for Social Good.

Heider has worked in more than 30 countries across five continents, speaks eight languages and holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering.
